Intuition is something that our society largely disregards. We worship Einstein’s genius yet ignore what he had to say about it. To quote Albert Einstein:

- The only real valuable thing is intuition.
- The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant.
- I believe in intuitions and inspirations...I sometimes FEEL that I am right. I do not KNOW that I am.

Maybe because our society has taught us to ignore intuition to a large extent and concentrate on the rational mind, the former has become a rare gift that only a few select possess. Like Steve Jobs, who also emphasized its importance: Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect, in my opinion.Who wouldn’t like to be among the select?

Psychic Intuition crystal ballWhat is (psychic) intuition?

What is it, and where does it come from? Like with the ordinary five senses (sight, sound, etc.), there is a specific organ in the human body associated with the so-called sixth sense as well.

All psychic abilities like clairvoyance, telepathy, remote viewing, psychometry, and so on use one specific organ inside the brain called the pineal gland, a tiny pea-shaped gland right in the middle part of the brain. While academic medicine associates the pineal gland with the production of some hormones and sleeping rhythms but also admits that doesn’t fully understand its function, people in antiquity knew its actual role. For example, the Greek philosopher and physician Galen who lived in the 2nd century AD, studied the organ and stated that it allowed the entrance to the metaphysical realm.

Everybody has this organ, and therefore everybody has psychic intuition—this is not some exceptional innate quality that only a few lucky ones came to this world with. Another question is that if we rarely, if at all, use it, the ability becomes inactive. Then we need to (re)learn it just like a toddler learns to walk—first crawling on the floor, then a few clumsy steps while holding on to something, but it doesn’t take long for the child to run around, screaming with laughter.

Practice

You may or may not believe it you already have the knowledge of how to use the psychic intuition that is hidden inside you. As with walking, talking, or swimming, the first step is recognizing that it exists and believing that it can be done. Otherwise, we are like people in the Middle Ages who thought that nobody but witches could swim, and indeed—nearly no one could at the time. They even used it as a test: the inquisition threw someone accused of witchcraft into deep water, and when that person was able to float on the surface, it was the needed proof that the authorities had caught a witch, and she was burned immediately. On the other hand, if the poor soul drowned, she had shown her innocence and was granted a regular burial.

Maybe future generations, in regard to intuition, will look at us just as we look at people in the Dark Ages in their fear of swimming. Because just as we can learn to swim, we can learn to use psychic abilities and intuition.

So how do you practice psychic intuition? First, make yourself a few cards with different symbols. At the end of this article is a link to a PDF file with eight different symbols. Print the file on a color printer using thicker paper. Then cut out the credit card-shaped cards and start using them.

Turn the cards face down, shuffle them and then pick one. Make sure you don’t see with your physical eyes what’s on it. Now concentrate on the spot between your eyebrows and ask yourself what symbol is on the picked card.

At first, you may come up with nothing, or your imagination might fill in the gap. If the latter is the case, you most likely get a wrong answer. You then need to move away from your imaginative part of the brain and use the sixth sense instead. Think how you feel different if someone asks you to pick a series of random numbers from one to ten or if you have to remind a telephone number. For those totally different tasks, you also use different parts of your brain. If you watch yourself, you feel the difference.

When you have managed to switch to the correct part of the brain, you can easily ignore what your imagination throws at you. You kind of go over it and detect the faint signal that comes with the right information.

To better connect with the psychic intuition part of the brain, it helps if you meditate first. Your mind has to have some kind of balance and concentration. Meditation calms the buzz of the mental noise, and you see more clearly what’s going on. It also helps if you are in an elated mood, which raises your body’s vibrational balance.

The third necessary thing is to allow yourself to use psychic abilities. After the first success, your mouth may fall open, but then out of fear you may start to block yourself from doing it. Consciously allowing yourself into the process may take a considerable amount of time.

Special care

Your pineal gland – the very organ you use for psychic intuition needs special care. First and foremost, stay away from any products that contain fluoride. Check your toothpaste first—if you didn’t intend to purchase a fluoride-free toothpaste, chances are, the one currently in your bathroom contains it. Stop using it immediately and put the tube into the garbage bin.

Then check all your sugar-free products for Aspartame. This chemical substance makes havoc in the brain in general, not just your pineal gland, so throw that away as well.

Wear amethyst all day long, or use it while meditating, placing it on your forehead—this crystal activates psychic abilities and helps them grow.

Detoxification and food supplements

  • Eat lots of beets that remove fluoride from the system. Athletes like beet, and you, as a psychic athlete, should too.
  • Broccoli and spinach contain iodine which reduces the impact of fluoride on the body.
  • Apple cider vinegar purifies your entire body, balances your glucose levels, and with more prolonged use, even dissolves kidney stones.
